Whitelist Request

If your message was rejected by the dotplex mail server, we can retroactively deliver your email and add your address or your mail server to our internal whitelist. To process your request, please send us the full error message including our internal spam ID, e.g.:

mx.dotplex.com 554 5.7.0 Reject, id=3520759-01 - Message rejected due to local policy

If you don't have this information, we need at least the sender address, the recipient address and the time of sending.
