You may want to ask, why we do not participate in a dispute settlement before a conciliation body?
The reason is that the costs of a dispute settlement have to be paid solely by the company. Especially with low amounts involved, the costs would be so high that it would not be economically reasonable for us. Instead, we will try to make dispute settlements unnecessary with a customer-friendly complaint management.
