Both dotplex Cloud and the new dotplex Webmail provide you with state-of-the-art access to your dotplex mail account. Both are hosted as usual on our secure servers in the Berlin data centre.

An overview of all options to connect to your dotplex mail account via desktop device, mobile, app or browser can be found here.

dotplex Cloud

With dotplex Cloud based on Nextcloud, your dotplex mail account is extended with access to mail, calendar and address book that can be accessed from anywhere. Simply log in to in the browser of a desktop device, phone or tablet and all emails, contact data and appointments are readily available from anywhere. Once you have connected your mobile apps and desktop devices to dotplex Cloud, any changes to contacts or appointments will also be displayed and synchronised on all other connected devices. In the dotplex Cloud menu, you will also find the video chat solution Talk, which enables you to easily organise video conferences for smaller groups.

Smart storage allocation

The 10 gigabytes of storage space in your dotplex Mail account now also includes one gigabyte of cloud storage space. You can use this to sync with all your devices, for example to automatically push documents created on a laptop or photos taken on a smartphone to all your devices via dotplex Cloud, to keep them up to date or to share them with others. You can offer space for others to upload files, which you can then also open on your device. The 10 gigabytes of storage can be expanded and individually allocated to cloud and mail storage. Until this feature is available in the dotplex Dashboard, just send us an email.

dotplex Webmail

With a modern interface that is also suitable for browsers on mobile devices, the new dotplex Webmail based on Roundcube offers all classic email functions. Here you will also find an address book that is synchronised with dotplex Cloud and all connected devices. In the settings, you can create holiday notifications as well as automatic filters and sorting rules. Pre-sorting and filtering takes place directly on the dotplex mail servers. This way you will find your mails directly in your order on all devices.

Simply log in

If you have only received and sent mails with your dotplex mail account up to now, without using the address book or calendar in the webmail or on your devices, you do not need to do anything else: Simply log in with your email address and password at or at
